Tommy did an AMAZING job!! We were not sure whether to have an inspection or not since we were buying new construction. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!! Tommy thought to check things we would have missed - all of those minor items would have added much more than the inspection costs. Save yourself some money and have Tommy do a home inspection even if the home is brand new!

I did not know Tommy prior to this and he was recommended. I would definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!

Tommy did an outstanding job with our inspection. He was thorough with the inspection of a 2,300 square foot condominium. He said that it would take him about three hours to do our inspection, which it did. He found major and minor issues that I would have never seen. Most notably, he found significant and hidden water and electrical issues.
